• A maximum of 2 vehicles other than the unit allowed.
• Vehicles are to not be parked in the road and must be parked at your site.
• All vehicles must remain on the roads while driving. At the entrance you must wait until the car has passed on the main street before proceeding DO NOT pull off in the grass on either side of the road.
• Any building on your site MUST be approved by management.
• NOTHING!! Will be built on the campsite without approval. All unauthorized structures will be removed without notice.
• Speed limit in the campground is limited to 10 MPH.
• Quiet time shall be from 11:00pm to 6:00am. No nuisance, noxious or offensive behavior is allowed.
• All pets must remain on your lot.
• Dogs must be accompanied and leashed when outdoors. Nuisance barking will not be tolerated.
• All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly
• Household garbage must be deposited in the dumpsters. No construction scraps, wood, electrical scraps. No mattresses or furniture. See management for proper disposal.
• Campers over 10 years must call campground before making reservations. We have the right to refuse service based on the condition of the Rig.
• During the winter your site must have a heated water hose, and if you have an external filter it must be insulated.
• If you have any after- hours utility problems, call campground management. DO NOT WORK on it yourself.
• Campers are responsible for their guests the entire time they are in the park.
• ATV’s, dirt bikes, go carts are not allowed to be driven on any campground or adjoining properties. only golf carts are allowed.
• No parking on grass or unoccupied sites. Park in designated area “only”.
• Any damage incurred to any campground facilities will be charged to the responsible camper’s credit card.
• No children under 16 years old left unattended or unsupervised.
• You are to maintain your site, this includes cutting grass, keeping trash and clutter clear.
• Owners and/or management assume no responsibility for accidents/theft/fire/acts of nature or injuries to clientele & guests.    Also not responsible for contents in the rented storage buildings.  You are responsible for a lock on the building if you want one.
• Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel service.
•  We reserve the right to evict any person(s) without refund for detrimental conduct or refusing to pay bills.  If payment is late we reserve the right to charge your card for past payment unless other arrangements have been made with management. Late Fee- $50.00.
